DATA & FILE OVERVIEW

File List:
Stormwater-1.csv
Stormwater-2.csv
Stormwater-3.csv

The files include of quality parameters stormwater before and after treatment and also the quality of backwash watre from regular membrane cleaning is included. In addiiton, the quality of permeate was analysed and compared with drinking water guidelines in Sweden.
In addition, the permeate flux, treated volume and duration of experiments are mentioned in these files.

Are there multiple versions of the dataset? No

METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

Description of methods used for collection/generation of data:
Stormwater was collected between April to September 2023 from three different sampling locations in Luleå, Sweden.
From each sampling site, stormwater was collected three times (from three different precipitation events) a manhole of a stormwater sewer located at a roadside with traffic intensity of about 7400 vehicles per day a manhole in a light industrial area, and site C was located in a residential area.
Stormwater was sieved with a 315 µm filter and treated using an ultrafiltration membrane and samples were collected from feed, permeate from the membrane and backwash water from membrane cleaning.

Total and dissolved metals, total phosphorus, PFAS and drinking water analysis were analyzed by an accredited laboratory (ALS Scandinavia, SWEDAC accreditation number: 2030).

One-way ANOVA was used to find the correlation between sampling locations and concentration of various pollutants and the difference in concentration of pollutants between various sites sampled.

Instrument- or software-specific information needed to interpret the data: minitab 13 was used for data processing.
