516 Data rows

Explanation of variables:
Date: Dates in year-month-day (e.g. 2025-01-01)
Channel: Channel ID FROM 1-12
Channel_location: Location within EACH CHANNEL, each channel had tenr locations for Chl a measurementes
Cyano: Chl a in µg/cm2 from the Benthotorch is divided into 3 Groups, Cyano, Green and Diatoms. This data is summed and used as Tot_Chla, because the validity of the individual Groups can be questioned. We did however use the presense or absence of greens in the channel.
Greens: See above
Diatom: See above
Tot_Chla: Total chla in µg/cm2 as the sum of green, diatom and cyano from the benthotorch.
Shading_percent: The percent of shading added on each channel
Drought: Wet vs Dry, which represents if the channel had water during the whole experiment or if it was part of the drought.
Week: The week number within the experiment (week 1 being when it started)
GPP or ER: The modelled daily GPP or ER in g O per m-2 (median values from the model)
GPP or ER .2.5: The error around the modelled GPP and ER. 2.5 is the lower 2.5% percentile in the model. So the lower error bar in figures
GPP or ER .97.5: The error around the modelled GPP and ER. 2.5 is the upper 97.5% percentile in the model. So the upper error bar in figures
NEP: Net ecosystem production, which is GPP minus ER
